    The Spacespanker

The fastest. The classiest. The overpricediest. And The most hoe-impressenist speeder in the galaxy, the Spacespanker is garanteed to meet your each and every need (Your each and every need has been predetermined by the fine people at Carcorp). Each hood is decorated with a real moon saphire, each hand wrestled from a moon worm by former vice president Al Gore. The two main core energy particle remover hypermatter accelerator time continuum discontinuer engines, it can travel at over five times the speed of smell. The entirior spare's no expense, it's fitted with the finest space-cow leather money can buy. At just over 75 space cow hides per seat, it's wasteful and practicle.
  2. "Assault on the Red Compound" is my second largest creation to date, measuring 32 studs wide, 56 studs long, and 46 bricks high (inclueding antenna tower). I've been working on it for a good bit of the last two weeks, and am happy with the result. The AFoC has uncovered the location of the Red Compound, the largest distributor of illegal substances in the continent. A small squad of AP-MVs were sent in to infiltrate the outer walls, making way for the infantry. After a breif trek through the jungle, the AP-MV breaches the outer wall of the Red compound. I spy with my little eye... The jungle could probably benifit from a bit more plants, but I don't have as much as I'd like. A view of the main building. The right side of the courtyard. Left side. O Hia there Walter! Smashy smashy! Wasn't sure what to add up here, so built a sensor array, some sort of laser cannon and a few random bits of other st00f. A local news cam captures the unfolding action. Another overview, shows the change in environment. Not too happy with the interior, it was the last part I built and I was running out of pieces. Well that's my excuse, anyway. Here's a picture of the courtyard with the AP-MV and wall segmants removed. Fig for scale. This guy sits on top of the Red Compound. I had to take a seprate picture for this, as it would have stuck up over the top of my backdrop if it were still atached. All the figures in the Bignette. Left to right: four Red Compound workers, AP-MV gunner, Red Compound commander, AP-MV driver, four Red Compound soldiers.

    AP-MV (All Purpose Military Vehicle)

It's nothing of importance, just threw it in there because I couldn't think of much for a discription. It's Armed Forces of Canada, though. Using some of the feedback, I redid both the turret and interior. I raised the turret up some, added a new connection for the barrel, and some more little details. For the interior I took out one of the benches and replaced it with a storage area, and added a back to the other bench. Now I'm working on a kick big behindHey who changed this? =Pbignette to go with it.

    MOC: "Quoth the raven, 'nevermore'."

It looks good, I love the idea of building off the poem. Everything looks good except the roof, but you did mentioned you wanted to redo that. I beleive the purple capes came off of Dumbledor.
  5. The AP-MV, or All Purpose Military Vehicle, had a wide variety of uses during it's time in the AFoC. It had enough armament to be a front line combat vehicle, could carry dozen troops, and was fast enough to work as a rough terrain scout vehicle.

    Mars Mission redo

After looking over my two Mars Mission sets, I thought they both had fairly good designs, but the orange and white just stuck out too much and took away from the look. I desided to rebuild the two ships and rover, changing the colours and making alot of little changes to the designs. First off, the "MX-11 Astro Fighter". The inside body of this one is basicly the same, but I made the wings larger, added bigger engines and more guns. An overview of the ship The back is pretty plain, but I think it still turned out well. The "MX-71 Recon Dropship" came with a small rover that clipped into place undernieth the ship, and stays in place well. The original has a fold out drill arm, which I replaced with a fold out chaingun. An overview of the rover, the chaingun in firing position. When the chaingun is folded all the way back, a tile can be placed over the opening to creat a flat storage area. Now, for the fiesta resistance, the "MX-71 Recon Dropship". Probably my favorite non-linenced themed set, the Dropship has an overall nice design and some fun features. An overview of it. When I was building it I was trying to give it an Avatar sort of feel. It's armed with six missles under the cab, two long range flame throwers attached to the side of the cab, four chain guns on the wings, four warheads on the wings, and two large bombs attached to the back. The back of the ship. My favorite view, I really like the mix of blue and grey here, and the tubes running from the ship to the two bombs (which replaced the alien holders in the original). And the figures, from left to right (in order of rank): Gunship pilot, Fighter pilot, Rover driver.

    The fortress

The fortress was the home of the second largest post apocolyptic clan, it was protect by a large wall incircling it, covered with barbed wire, spears and multiple turrets. Two wanderers stumble upon it and aproach. More pictures in my Flickr, link in my signiture.

    Death Trooper

Very nice, I like how you can see the teeth under the helmet. The leg effect is nice too, but I think it could use a little more blood. And you might want to change your spelling on that last picture

Alright, took pictures of all my LEGO, this is when it's all put away, it's usually way messier than this. The photos are links to the Flickr pages were I've added notes for most of the stuff.

    Lego Rip-off Brands

I really don't care about the Lego clone brands. Mostly everyone knows, inclueding the little kids, that Lego is the best. If MEGA-BLOKS starts getting more buisness than Lego maybe I'll start caring but until then they can continue making inferior bricks.

    C class HUVR tank

The HUVR (Hovering Unit, Variation R.) tank is a common vehicle among the NWA army, it is reliable, quick and heavily armed and armoured. The standered C class HUVR tank has a low front and raised turret with a morter launcher and heavy machine gun. The C class also has a reinforced front for ramming as well as two smaller machine guns mounted on the front. Other variations of the HUVR inclued T class, with a raised top and room for transporting half a dozen soldiers, S class, which is much lighter and only has a havy machine gun for armourment, it is used for scouting and reconosense. All the HUVRs are powered by eight X-90 thrusters, which allow C and T class tanks to reach speeds of 60km/h, and S class tanks to reach speads of 8-km/h. This is a C class, I'm going to try and work on the T and S class tanks later this week.
