Target City BOGO 50% and Clearance Sale Stopped at Target on my way home from work and they had the 3661 Bank and Money Transfer set on clearance for $34.98 and you can also use the BOGO but they were all sold out. So I stopped at a second Target and they had 3 left and they were marked at $24.98, picked up all 3 so I got 2 at $24.98 and one at $12.49. Then I stoppedat at a 3rd target and they had 3 left there at $34.98. Showed them my receipt and they refunded me $12.49 on one, so I got one at $24.98 one at $34.98 and another at $17.49. And here I vowed never to buy anymore than what I really need (I want to quit selling ) but I just couldn't resist the insane price!! And I was able to use my $10.00 off coupon..... Ruben

At my walmart I picked up the last (2) Hogwarts @ $15 ea., (3) Whitecap bay @ $25.00 ea. (they still had about (4) left), and (5) The Knight Bus @ $10 ea. (about 15 left) They also had the Mill (don't exactly remember) but they were either $15 or $20 ea. (6-7 of these left) They also the (2) of the small sets @ $4.00 ea. (alot of these) They had the Cars Flo's Cafe @ $20 I think (could've been $25)..... I live in the south suburbs of Chicago... Roob

A few months ago, I tried selling my buddys collection of lego. There were over 100 sets all dumped into 4 large bins. I was only selling it as 1 lot with local pick-up only. The only interest I got was for Individual sets and my friend didn't want to deal with spending hours putting these sets together again (seeing since he didn't separate the sets prior to dumping them in the tubs). I didn't want to really buy this collection either but I did since I got this for a very great price. I have now finally put together the first set from this collection and its the Republic Gunship ( My link ) This set is complete (well almost as its only missing (1) Dark Red 1x8 plate). I spent hours putting this set together and cleaning some parts as this model sat on his shelf for years all the while collecting dust. This set is in great condition and the minifigures were never played with and only displayed. It also comes with the instruction book. As I get around to putting more sets together I will be listing them here. As of now I'm asking $135.00 shipped. I also have the 4502 X-Wing Fighter ( My link ) and I'm asking $55.00 shipped. I have a friend who dropped off 4 large tubs of lego pieces and all the instructions that these parts and minifigures belong to. He wants me to sell these for him (I thought about buying them for myself) but I don't have the time to rebuilt all these sets since he never separated them. Plus I'm mainly a City collector. My local Target had these (3) at around 25%-30% off today. Emperor Palpatine Shuttle, General Grevious Starfighter and Cad Banes Speeder. I didn't pick any up as I'm really not into Star Wars. Roob

I'm also not interested in this line, But I did pick up (2) of these (TRU bogo half off, so I paid less than $10 ea.) I really wanted the Globe and Bottles. It is a great set with alot of good pieces. Roob

My Lego Store had a limit of 1 since they only got in around 20 copies. I snagged 1 and ordered 1 thru Shop At home. Roob

Yes, the Assasin Droid BP were ringing up at $5.00 also (I actually stated that both scanned at %5.00 in my post). Talking with other members on bricklink, they were actually on clearance. Lego Shop at Home is actually sold out as of now. And I'm not actually an army builder, I'm more into city. Check out my 'City in progress video on Youtube. So I stop at my local Meijer store a few weeks ago and I find (3) opened boxes of Series 3 by the Christmas Stocking Stuffers display area. I manage to get 7 Elfs, a few baseball players and a few Fishermans. I notice they have small sign saying Clone Walker Battle packs on sale at $9.00 a box till the end of the month. So i'm thinking that thats a good price and maybe I'll pick some up later. Well a couple of days ago, there store flyer in the paper has a coupon for 10% off of purchases over fifty dollars. So I stop by and theres no more series 3 but I do pick up (10) battle packs thinking there only gonna cost $8.10 a piece after the discount. Well Imagine my surprise when they ring up @ $5.00 a box (thats $4.50 each) after the discount. So I have the cashier hold on to my purchase and I go back and grab the last (12) that they had. I had a store clerk look in back but he couldn't find anymore. Well today I stopped again and couldn't find any Series 3 and the sign for the battle packs were gone. So I walked over to the lego section and find (8) more Clone packs mixed in with the newer packs (which are on sale for $10.77) and i also find (4) Droid packs. So I find a scanner and both are scanning at $5.00! So as I'm leaving with my find I find another row of toys in an obscure aisle (were there summer cook out stuff is usually kept) and lo and behold, (4) opened boxes of series 3! So I wound up snagging quite of bit of Elfs, Fishermans and Baseball players So if your near a Meijers, check the prices on those Battle Packs and hopefully you'll find some $1.99 Series 3 packs too.
