Those are the kind of sets I'm looking for. Which castle is best to combine the Medieval Market Village with? Kingdom's Joust?

I don't have much lego-exp but I was wondering if there is a lego castle-village-garden I can combine without much difficulties?
  3. I have 2 battery boxes, 4 xl, 1 servo, 1 m, 2 v2 and 1 v1. The light of the receivers works when I start the battery boxes, the channels are correct but the 2 8885 RC don't work. What can cause this?
  4. Ok, is it possible to to connect one battery box to a V1 and a V2? And is there a limit to the amount of motors I can connect with one receiver?
  5. Ok and do I have to press 2 buttons on the remote control to use 4 xl's? Do I need to add a receiver to use 4 xl's with one button?
  6. I made a big truck with 4 xl's(driving), 1 servo(steering) and1 m(uplifting trunk). I'm using 2 battery boxes. and have 2 V2 receivers. Will this work? What setup should I use?
  7. There are polymer/rubber sprays...can such a coating reduce noise?
  8. I think you can compare it with a driving car. If it's dry, then there will bea lot of noise because of friction between the tires and the asfalt. If it's snowy then there can be a layer of snow (can work like a layer of grease) between the asfalt and the tires which reduces friction and noise and reduces the power the tires have on the asfalt. By reducing friction I think you reduce noise and power but you lengthen the battery life.
  9. thanks for that reply, I'll leave it alone...
  10. Are xl's known to make noise? Friction makes noise...
  11. My xl motors make a lot of noise, what causes it and how can I reduce it?
  12. Thanks for the explanation Limga
  13. ah ok, thx for the link.. They basically store more energy because they are bigger. How much mA gives the 8788?
  14. Why should I use the 8878 and why not? It's lighter so why isn't it used more often?
  15. Do you think it's possible to create an app for remote control? Someone asked me and it seems a good idea.
