    Updating Your Minifigs

    Thank you for helping me out, here is the original Instagram post from Inthert

    Updating Your Minifigs

    Here is another picture of Inthert's Canto Bight police officer, I personally love it, the only thing that could make it better is printing and a molded helmet Edit: apparently I've reached my upload size on my account even though I've only posted one other photo in this forum before, I'm not entirely sure if I'm doing something wrong, if anyone can help me out that'd be appreciated

    This looks awesome! Maybe switch out the hands for black or dark gray? And for the legs maybe use this https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=970c00pb446&name=Hips and Legs with SW Gunbelt, Belt on Hips and Dark Gold Buckle Pattern&category=[Minifig, Legs Assembly]#T=S&C=11&O={"color":11} or this https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=970c00pb481&name=Hips and Legs with Belt and Holster on Side of Right Leg Pattern (Winter Soldier)&category=[Minifig, Legs Assembly]#T=S&C=11&O={"color":11}

    A regular pencil eraser works well, I'm sure it probably takes longer than using brasso or something, but you can take off parts you don't want to erase very easily. You just have to rub really hard for awhile.

    Misprints and Other LEGO Production Oddities

    I ordered one of these, 553pb017b , R2-D2 heads from bricklink, and when I received it I realized the head orientation was printed at an angle, making it look like he is looking around. At first I was kind of upset about it, but then when I started looking online and didn't see anything else like this, I realized it was actually pretty cool, as every other lego astromech droid is infinitely stuck looking straight forward.
