    New Architecture Set for 2012?

The brickshelf moderator either thought it was true or didn't like it, but it has been removed from the account. As for me; better next time. (Yup, I tried to fool you guys)
  2. A friend of mine who is really into the LEGO Architecture stuff found this while googling for new sets: Looks like we've got a small eiffel tower coming next year!

    Big Toe

Nopes, as a result of wanting to keep it simple it is only 2x2.
  4. All these cars look amazing, and the way of showing them on a starting grid really adds to the wow factor. Awesome!
  5. I Think I'll be submitting my Big Toe truck, it's really fun to drive!
  6. Big Toe The is over again, and here are the pics of the ride I competed with. I called it Big Toe, you know, a small Big Foot? Without any inspiration I started building a chassis, and without much want I decided to keep it simple: one PF XL for driving, one PF M for steering, some reasonable tires under it and that was that. But, of course, a good truck needs a body. I started at the rear, and gradually I got the taste for building again. I got the idea of making the body in one single piece, so that it would be easy tot take it off for replacing batteries or maintence and stuff. It’s only fixed in one place, for the rest it hangs on the chassis. When I had finished building I started adapting the steering Construction, for being able to house larger wheels. Also, a V6 “fake” engine was added. Well, so at the end there was a nice little MOC nevertheless. I also made a little movie 'bout it:
  7. They all look great! Fantastic work.
  8. Great review, I enjoyed reading it. I don't consider buying it though, I think it's too pricy for what you get. The new joints I will get via Lego Direct then.
  9. Amazing work, and like the others I also like the fact that this is such an ordinary car.
  10. Nice to see Dluders already noticed it, thanks for placing it here! The orange piece is indeed the hockey spring element. Thanks for the compliments!
  11. That new piece really is a gain to the lego parts repertory, but for the set I had rather seen some working propulsion and steering because who cares if the hood opens electrically?

    My Name is... Oscar!

Hello everyone on EB! I only found this topic today, after having signed up for a month already, but off course I'd like to introduce myself to the great public. So here we go! My name is Oscar Verbeek, on the interwebs you can find me as "LegOscar" I live in the Netherlands, and I attend bilingual education, which means that 50% of my lessons are in English. Handy! My hobbies are almost all related to cars, let's see: I like drawing cars I like to keep up wit all the car news (Detroit is on lately!) And off course building LEGO vehicles is what I like! I like to build in Technic or Model Team style, or sometimes combined, which, in my opinion, always makes for the greatest models. Models that look good, but are functional as well. For those interested; My favorite subjects in school are Drawing and IT, and my favourite food is french fries, or pancakes. Well, that's about it I guess, if there are any questions I'll be happy to answer them. My Flickr page: here My YouTube channel: here My Brickshelf: here My Mocpages: here
  14. I wish you all a very happy merry great Christmas and a prosperous 2011, may you all have fun building new and innovative mocs!
