    Seasonal 2015

Thanks for the clarification. I see now that it is an Angler Fish. Fun colors for October.

Is 40135 an Angel fish or an Angler fish? The Angel fish seems more likely!?!

[MOC] Hey, no cutting in line!

Did you think to enter this in the brickset forum neat part usage contest this week? The part is the minifig lower (legs). I think it might be a winner over there!

PAB Cups: What Did You Get?

Roger, Are those 1 x 2 white bricks the ones with grille, or really profile bricks? I'd be quite envious if the latter!

PAB Cups: What Did You Get?

Did they really have 1 x 1 trans clear bricks - not plates? I would love to get a large full of 1 x 1 trans clear bricks!!!
  6. Here's some more complete statistics: Over the time the MMMB has been happening (since 12/2008 - the "trial" run at the MOA store), and up to April of 2014 (the last inventory on BL as of today, including spares (when known), a total of (approximately) 2,466 parts (639 different parts). This includes the "extra" builds and country specific builds. At BL prices (last 6 month sold average as of today) this is $242.81 for the parts. However, the number of stores has grown quite a bit in that time frame: At the beginning of 2009, there were only 33 stores world wide. That quickly jumped: 48 to 61 to 74 to 90 to 106 to approx 114 today (I haven't been keeping quite as good statistics on the store openings recently...)

Did you see the Monthly Mini Model Build of this "character" that's happening in February? Look at the stores.lego.com page for the US, and there's an image of in under Store News. I really like the models in this thread - enjoy an "official" version.
  9. I'm also working to keep a page up-to-date with all of these builds - and am adding the free builds done at other stores over the years (not quite complete on this part yet). I have links to instructions, and part counts, along with notes of interest. See: http://monthlyminimodelbuild.weebly.com I hope someone finds this helpful.
  10. Stephen, Thank you so much for doing these Club builds. The US site doesn't have the snowman yet - thanks for the model. Will you please update your links for the Friends X-mas and Summer Scene lxf model files? As written, they don't link to anything, but, if you add an "s" to the Friends link (Friends instead of Friend) and remove the "_cb" from the end of the Summer Scene link, the lxf file is referenced. Thank you, Christina
  11. They're here: http://cache.lego.com/downloads/shop/minibuilds/2013/11-13-Tractor-40071.pdf Hope this helps... Christina
  12. I just checked the fine print on the back of the UK September Calendar, and it states that the camper van offer is good on lego.com/shop, in store and on phone orders. So you may not be out of luck on this offer. HTH
  13. The link has now been fixed. If you click on the link in the quote in my message, it is to a .png file.
  14. The LDR link seems to go to the image file, not the ldr file. I was able to get the ldr file by changing the extension in the browser address window. cmg
  15. Actually, I think that they are "trans-dark blue" plates. I'm thinking that if I build this, I might substitute 1 x 1 round plates as I have a ton of them in both trans-light and -dark blue.
