I love this so much. Every time I come back here, there's always something new.

Looks good, it looks like you're not the only one to have had that idea.

Hi Capparezza. It does indeed look like a 9v rail from the photos I've taken. Unfortunately I can't resize the image on my iPad to be able to upload it here.

[Software] Bluerender, a rendering engine for LDD
Ambo100 replied to msx80's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
This is amazing. It's so easy to setup and use. Thanks for making this! It would be nice to render in a isometric projection for a few ideas I had but that might be difficult to implement considering it takes the camera angle from LDD. -
It's a shame I'm not a fan of Star Wars 10188 Death Star

Brighton PAB 26th April 2015 Large Cup - 665 Pieces Compact Parts Large Cup filled loosely Parts Quantity I hardly had any hinges (plates + bricks) or brackets, so it was great to be able find these at a PAB wall. I don't mind that most of the parts were in green, they should be useful for some future project. The odd pink plates and tiles I picked up because it had occurred to me that I had absolutely no bricks in that colour in my collection, and it's always nice to have a few extra parts of a different colour.

I'm fairly sure they are Retail Display items, if they are 25 x 50 x 17.5 cm (9.8 x 19.7 x 6.9 inches) then they must be these. There aren't many for sale on Bricklink but they seem highly valued. The ones in the picture look like they're in a great condition. If you could find a buyer, you might be able to sell each one for £50+. (Although I would personally keep them)

[MOC REVIEW] Akiyuki's Ball Factory
Ambo100 replied to Blakbird's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I really can't fault any of Akiyuki's creations, every video he posts is impressive There's so much going on in the design of his creations, I find it hard to visualise how it would look mechanically, but the way you have broken up the parts into 'modules' definitely helps, I appreciate it. -
Wow. I really like the red, bley walls with the wooden floor. How did you do the LEGO logo? It looks very professional.
-
I really like the small, compact design. It should fit perfectly in every LEGO city.

Classic Town Building - Benny the 1980 space guy's house + car
Ambo100 replied to Murdoch17's topic in LEGO Town
I was 8 at the time I first saw the 10041 re-release of this set in the LEGO catalogue. Unfortunately I never had the chance to buy one but I love it. I can't explain why I like it so much. I instantly recognised your inspiration, I would definitely consider buying this if it was a real set. -
I'm really pleased to see a new Ferrari Truck, it's been about 10 years since they released the 8654 Scuderia Ferrari Truck. (One of my all time favourite sets). I've never cared for Ferrari or any kind of motorsports but I have always wanted to see more of these sized trucks.
-
Almost every Ferrari set by design has a lot of stickers (from sponsorships in particular).

This is really cool. If you can work out a way for it to fold up neatly and fit on a flat bed truck, that would be a bonus.
