MOC - French Residence 19th

Recommended Posts

Hello.

Since the competition EB Modular Madess, I wanted to make a moc on modular modular theme.

So I bought the Town Hall to see some dimensions and what struck me in this modular side walls are empty.

So I folded to a final Moc on the theme Creator, but a bit bigger: lol:

I present you my last Moc, a French residence in the 19th style.

This is my first Moc city, I hope you'll like it.

Like it you ask Candia_30, i love it. The interior is magnificent. There are some ideas worth steeling (if you don't mind). The toilet, kitchen, Double sleeper, Stairs, to name just a few eye catching ones. The exterior is splendid to, not to much, but nicely detailed. For a first time, very, very well done. Congratulations.

I love seeing MOC interiors. I especially like your bunk bed, kitchen and room under the stairs (I half expect Harry Potter to be hiding there). And your colour scheme is very tasteful. Well done!

Really a great interior, and also exterior, though I think the upper floor looks a bit too low.

It looks great, and for a first attempt at something modular-ish it's fantastic - the exterior, sure, but the interior in particular. I love how you've paid so much attention to detail on the furniture, like the piano and the bunk bed (although probably a bit cramped). And the handcuffs in the bedroom is a cheeky touch :)

You've probably figured that out, but the reason the modulars have plain side walls is that they're supposed to be placed next to each other, so windows are wasted there. That also means that your house won't fit - I know you probably didn't mean it to, but anything that protrudes from the side walls will be in the way.

I also agree that the top floor might be a tad too low - maybe the ground floor could use a bit of extra height, too. But it really does look spectacular. Well done!

This is definitely awesome, especially for a first attempt. The exterior is great, I like your color choices. The interior is so full of goodies I don't even know where to begin. The kitchen, bunk beds...all excellent! Great job!
