Kristel Posted August 26, 2012 Emma' house has recently had a Garden Room extension built. On one side is a comfy lounge perfect for reading a book. There are extra seats for when Friends come over. On the other side is the work area, with room for storing the garden tools and potting the plants. This one was a lot of fun to build. Hope you like it. Here is the link to the Flickr stream. lightningtiger Posted August 26, 2012 What a wonderful sun-room 'Kristel', lovely interior with just enough Friend's inspiration to it. Good luck and Brick On with your Friend's 'Kristel' !
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted August 26, 2012 Lovely room ...I like the roof with all those windows! Good work!
Redhead1982 Posted August 26, 2012 This is a sweet MOC. And very Friendly! It's a great idea to include a garden room in the house. It's well built with all a friend could wish for - a nice sofa, and lots of flowers for a cosy feel. Good luck in the SoF contest!
Kai NRG Posted August 27, 2012 Beautiful! Great work, especially with the top windows!
SilentMode Posted August 27, 2012 Very nice work on this build; lots of detail inside, and my favourite part the glass ceiling.

TheLegoDr Posted August 30, 2012 Great little build here. I really like the addition and how it is coming off of a much larger house. That glass ceiling is amazing and I may have to borrow that idea in a future build. The interior fits well with the Friends theme. I like the scenes you set up. Good luck in the contest, but with this build I don't think you need it.
Kristel Posted August 30, 2012 Thanks, everyone, for the nice comments! That glass ceiling is amazing and I may have to borrow that idea in a future build. Go for it, I'd be honoured. Even more so if you give me a mention when you do!
Cirkit Posted September 1, 2012 It looks almost as if it could be an expansion for the actual set! :O I really like it. The curves of the building and the sofa, the tiled floor, and those bright pinks and limes mixed with the tan really match up to the existing Friend's sets. I like it, great work :)
The Blue Brick Posted September 1, 2012 This is great. I really love all the small checkered tiling, SNOT striped couch, and other small details. All the windows make it even better too.
Ferrik Posted September 1, 2012 This looks like an excellent modern garden. The plants are nice and simple and so is the furniture.
