Shadows Posted August 29, 2012 Baa! Who doesn't love a baaaaaaaandwagon parade? Baa! Not much else to say right now. Baa! With the practically universal agreement about Carly, I can't help but feel like we've made a good decision. Baa! Bai bai!
iamded Posted August 29, 2012 Riddles now? Bring back the anagrams! Or better - simple arithmatic! Or even better - a shroom eating competition! Say, if we don't speak in our natural tongues, neeeigh, at night, do we still get penalty votes?
Hinckley Posted August 29, 2012 It is late at night and people are heading to Gibson Goat's Tavern to relax and forget about the Cultist madness for a while. Gibson Goat is brewing the village's favorite drink, Butthead Ale. He used to make Goat's Milk Ale, but it wasn't as popular. Everyone is dancing and playing music, having a great time...when suddenly a scream pierces the night... ...but it's only Pancho Parrot over in the corner where he and his wife, Mindy Mouse are enjoying a drink and a snack. "What are you eating????" Pancho screams at his wife. They are interrupted by a huge racket from outside... ...but it's only Brigit Bunny and Lazlo Lion trying to fight off all of their admirers...and doing a little subtle flirting while they're at it. Lazlo admonishes a persistent Gordon Gorilla and a handsome, rugged and rebellious Horace Horse. While Brigit fends off Ernie Elephant who will always have eyes for her sexy lion of a husband. The interaction comes to a halt when a deep howl permeates the air... ...but it's, predictably, more of this... "Ow ow ow!" Booker cries. "It burns, it burns! It burns!!!" "Oh sorry, Booky," Becka Bulldog says as she pauses from sprinkling chili powder on his wiener. "I didn't say stop!" Booker cries, breathlessly.
Hinckley Posted August 29, 2012 Mod note: Phase #2 will start about three hours later than the 12 hour deadline as that ends at 3:30 am, my time. You have 4.5 hours from this post to complete Phase #1. Phase #2 should start about 8 hours from this post. Thank you!
Zepher Posted August 29, 2012 BAWK! Hey Marcellus! Thanks for using me to deliver your Mod Notes to everyone in town. I really appreciate the business. Sometimes I mail stuff to myself because no one else is mailing anything. What's a parrot to do? Other than nibble on his beautiful wife's large ears. BAWK! You may notice that I'm bawking more quietly. That's because it's night time and I don't want to wake anyone up. Don't worry, during the day I'll continue to BAWK! boldly. To boldly BAWK! where no parrot has BAWK!'d before.
Cecilie Posted August 29, 2012 *squeak* a riddle? I wonder if my tiny mouse brain can handle a riddle *squeak*
Scubacarrot Posted August 29, 2012 Arf you kidding!? I'd prefer an anagram any day! But since you're so keen on answering riddles, what's in my pocket!? I am adept at answering a riddle, I'm not psychic. Ooh.
Shadows Posted August 29, 2012 what's in my pocket!? *reaches in and feels around* Oh! A giant sausage! I sausage, especially big ones! Let's go home, I'm getting really ... hungry! Baaaaa haa haa! I'm gettin' a big sausage tonight! Four and a half hours? That should be just enough time! Baaaaaaa!
CMP Posted August 29, 2012 Yaaaaaaaawwwwwwnnnnnnnn. That's my animal noise now. A lot of other hippos look like they yawn a lot. Shawna, you should make sure there's no seasoning on it before eating first. You could be biting into a tasteless tube of SPAM or an Italian sausage with a spiciness to rival that of the entire town's combined sex life. Now I've gotta go sanitize all the ale spigots, musical instruments, and some of Seamus' animal mounts before I catch a case of physcovenialmitosis. It's normally confined to the corpses of male walruses, but who knows how it's evolved.
Rick Posted August 29, 2012 Wrrrooof! Oh, uhm, Bookie, your wiener is all red and swollen from all that chili powder. It looks like it's about to explode. Hang right in there while I quickly grab a Butthead at Gibson's pub.
Pandora Posted August 29, 2012 Well, I may have lost my accordion to Portia (and have no-one to play with my sausage ) but at least I have beer! Gilda, I forgot you could beat out a mean tune on the banjolele. More Butthead, anyone? Meh-eh-eh-eh-eh.
Rufus Posted August 29, 2012 *snap* I could do with a Butthead, please, dear Gibson. *yawns expansively* Looks like I've got some competition on the yawning front from Heidi. Now, where's Gilda? Ah, there you are, pickle. Nice instrument! Wanna play with mine instead? *chomp*
Hinckley Posted August 29, 2012 Puzzle Phase #2 "Good evening again," Firuz Fox addresses the village. "Here we are again, how exciting! Phase #2 of tonight's puzzle is a little more tricky than last night's. You must first guess a riddle, then tell me which two bottles (out of the three colored ones) you want me to mix into the empty jar (with the red lid). Unfortunately, you may only participate in Phase #2 if your Phase #1 answer was correct. If you answer the riddle correctly and mix the two correct bottles, you'll have a chance to win tonight's Action. Are you ready? Oh good. Here's the riddle: What's the next number in this sequence? 3 13 1113 3113 132113 1113122113 Best of luck and have fun!" To answer the puzzle, phase #2, please PM your answer to Hinckley and Foog using your role PM. Only answers in your role PM will be accepted and only people who answered Phase #1 correctly are eligible. Thank you.
