Hulk_Smash Posted October 26, 2012 Thought I'd share my purist Banner. I think the Frodo head works perfectly. Here's a better look at my current avatar with him in it. What Torso did you use for banner?
LMB10 Posted October 26, 2012 It's the Indiana Jones jacketless torso, I believe.
Jareth Posted October 28, 2012 I don't have the official Wonder Woman figure, but if I did, I would totally put the LOTR rings on as bracelets, like this....

Hulk_Smash Posted December 24, 2012 What parts did you use for your Cyclops?
Legoroni Posted December 24, 2012 The hair is from Mutt Williams, I think. The head is Hawkeye's. The rest is just a combination of standard plain yellow and dark blue Minifig parts.
ReZourceman Posted December 30, 2012 (edited) Been a while but I finally have two more to add to my large MARVEL collection. Angel and Sandman. I tried so many different things with Angel's wings. I didn't want to add shoulder pads, or armor or anything that may have worked better (like the actual Chima shoulder armor itself) because it is too intrusive to the rest of the model. So until they make a dedicated element (I hope...) this is as good as I can do. With some allies. And Sandman. More on my Flickr, all comments welcome. :) http://www.flickr.co...tos/rezourceman Edited December 30, 2012 by ReZourceman

ReZourceman Posted December 31, 2012 That is awesome! Wicked idea. I totally neglected the Young Avengers. Going to have to look into what I can do about that.

Brickscape Posted December 31, 2012 That is awesome! Wicked idea. I totally neglected the Young Avengers. Going to have to look into what I can do about that. Thanks! If you have any ideas for the other Young Avengers I'd love to see them. I tried making Wiccan, but it just didn't look right. What torso is that? It's the Gray Ghost torso from the Speed Racer theme.
ReZourceman Posted January 1, 2013 Thanks! If you have any ideas for the other Young Avengers I'd love to see them. I tried making Wiccan, but it just didn't look right. Well you inspired me to make Hulkling, so I did that, and I looked to see what I could do for the others. Patriot seems really hard to do with current selection of pieces, as his head is so unique (mask) and I don't have any more african/american / black/dark skinned minifigures (which is bloody annoying). However I gave Wiccan and Iron Lad a stab.... Iron Lad looks not....very good IMHO. However, I think I kinda nailed Wiccan! I am glad you suggested to try him, because I am chuffed with how he turned out. I also made some other new figures. HERBIE and the Bombastic Bag-Man. Hawkeye. Jubilee. Kraven. Mephisto. More photos on my Flickr. http://www.flickr.com/photos/rezourceman/
Brickscape Posted January 1, 2013 Great attempt at Iron Lad. I wouldn't have thought of that combo and it's about as close as one can get with current elements. I've been thinking the same thing about Patriot. His head just isn't purist possible at this point. I'd really like a Kate Bishop Hawkeye but haven't been able to figure that one out either. However, I think I kinda nailed Wiccan! I am glad you suggested to try him, because I am chuffed with how he turned out. Great minds think alike! Your Wiccan looks very similar to the designs I tried. I tried a couple of different hair pieces (I don't have the one you've used) and tried a variety of torsos (including Thor's) but just wasn't happy with it. Partly, I didn't like the way the bandana worked with the cape (I had the bandana facing the other way) and he didn't have a head band (I thought about the Batman head but didn't like the white headband). I even tried using the new printed Imperial head since Wiccan kind of has a head glove thing going on, but the expression on that face is just not right. Great work on the other figs, too!
