Greenberg Train Show

Recommended Posts

My latest work plus a few others will be on public display in Edison, New Jersey on March 31, 2012 Saturday thru April 1, 2012 Sunday for the Greenberg Train Show as I've accepted the invitation of NJGardenSLUG for this show.

I'm not quite sure how much/many displays would be Lego but GardenSLUG has been doing these shows for quite sometime.

I'll be there the whole day on Saturday March 31 and in the afternoon around 2:00PM to close on Sunday April 1.

Get a free SW magnet minifig from my stash.

Nicely done AC!

The Hanger must be awesome to see at shows...

Though I must admit I also liked Roman temple(?)

Did you build that as well?

I did not know what to expect as this being my first time out on a show with my MOCs. But it was a good indication that the booths around us were paying a lot of attention during the build and before the show even opened to the public. The young kids and teens all were mesmerized with the hangar and even understood the whole storyline depicted in the diorama.

The adults who were mostly train collectors drifted more to the Roman temple as they couldn't believe their eyes that it was all built in Lego and no instructions to boot!

I just watched and listened to what the public had to say as they went through the booth, enjoyed talking as well when asked but thoroughly delighted that these brought smiles and widened eyes to everyone! :sweet:

Yes, the Roman temple was done back in February.
