After his defeat on planet Quatros by Noble and Savage, he returned to his hideout in Makuhero City and thought how humiliating the losses by HF are. In that moment a message from Black Phantom comes in. If he helpes him in his breakout plan, he would "donate" a new upgraded body for the seriously bruised Deadeye. It enhances his abilities greatly and also gives him flight capabilities.

I liked the old version, but I love this update on the character.

He reminds me Shockwave from Transformers. Maybe it's not too creative but it looks nice.

Thanks for the c&c.

The disign was a bit "spike overload", so I made him more subtle.

I also remade his torso using the "titan" torso bone, so he has better proportions.

I think these changes are improving his look.
