Christian Posted January 9, 2006 I picked up this little set the other day when I was visting my local Tru, and since no one have done a review of this one yet, I thought I would do it. so here it is: First is the minifig: I like this mf alot, especially the face. The torso isnt it a new one? Pic The tools: there are not much to say about this one. Pic Transport wagon: I think that it is a good idea for TLG to include this wagon, so that the minifig can transport the engine around. Pic The engine: Even though that the engine is very juniorsized, do I still like it alot. Pic The crane: The crane is very simple, yet very effective and good. Pic The entire set: (I know that the picture is a little blurry, sorry for that) Pic Overall I would say that this set is highly recommended, especially, when it is so cheap (30 Dkkr)

Kikuichimonji Posted January 9, 2006 I might just pick up one or two because they have cheap engines (which look great for space MOCs) Thanks for the review!
KimT Posted January 9, 2006 The set is good for parts - not much greatness in either the cart or the crane *sick*. But the engine looks cool - I wouldn't call it *I wanted to say that this set contains a lot of big pieces but didn't want to take the time to write it all, so I used the word "<insert that tiresome argument>" instead* - in fact it's not that far from the older engine versions, for example: In fact one could say it's just a bigger version for Boeing 747 sized airplanes :oD The fig is great - 4 sets allows for mechanics and 4 awesome engines and some noce parts. A cheap must have I say :oD KimT
5150 Lego Posted January 9, 2006 Not bad. I'm guessing this is retailing for around $5 U.S. I'll be picking this up for sure, as long as a few extra for the tools.
snefroe Posted January 9, 2006 i agree, not bad, not really special either. i guess it's interesting for modifying the airplanes where the engines are concerned...
