I believe this is what they call a landslide victory  Congratulations Kris! A thoroughly deserved first place with your last-minute entry (and did that take us by surprise!)

Congratulations to Nexus7 and Cagri as well for their marvellous creations - I believe we also have to mention our Fellow ISC here who made a wonderful and very inspiring entry!

Most of all however, I think we have to applaud RailBricks & the usual Train Tech suspects who have made this whole thing possible... TheBrickster comes to mind as probably one of the primary culprits

All the entries were simply fantastic. Great job everybody.

I think that SlyOwl's comment based on this contest really demonstrates what a great theme Trains is, and that these fantastic entries encourage builders to try their hand at train-building.

I would look forward to seeing one of your trains SlyOwl!

Congrats to the winners! :classic:

The entries have been extremely good and close in quality.

Those who didn't win could have won in my book.

All entries were very good.:classic:

Kind regards,

Teddy

Now I'll have to get my hands on some train-ish pieces!

Now then, wasn't there a pirate who robbed a train, Morgan as I recall...?

I would like to congratulate all contestants, it was so much fun. I'm glad I got a train tag, it really made my day. I just can't wait to see the next one!

I really liked your End of the Road Cagri, esp. how you placed the track at an angle - very original (and difficult for those who ever tried it).

It was a little bit of a challenge indeed. It required some trial & error to find out the right position which would let me connect it at several points. I could just attach it at two points in almost any angle but it wouldn't be sturdy.

Congrats to the winner(s)!

I love the top 3. All of you really deserved the train tags.

Will there be a photo of what Kris is going to get? :look:

Congrats to the winners - amazing work! (I do have a soft spot for ISC's Zacthan Station though )

Uh, TheBrickster, the poll still seems to be open for votes... Should this be closed now?

Closing the poll closes the thread. I didn't want to elimate the results.

Edit: nevermind- poll closed (thanks).
