I saw some toy die cast cars that were some wrecked up classics. I thought they were cool. It looks nice and achieved.We should have a weathering contest for any set. Take any Lego set and weather it. The rust bricks are a nice addition. The different grays also give it a weathered look.

Nice work Gambort! I love the weathered look. The idea of using the light blue to simulate the paint fading is great! I should really look into doing some of this for my layout to give it a little more realism. Great work and thanks for sharing!

Thanks guys. I think the sand blue does make a nice weathered blue. It's a shame there's not an equivalent for red but yellow could be weathered to tan and light yellow.

Very nice! The aging is quite subtle. This would add realism to any layout. :thumbup:
