It's a model built by the LEGO model crew - yes they get paid to do this - and that's a fact |:|

Go visit a LEGOLAND park to see big size models of this kind or try searching brickshelf "LEGOLAND" and You'll see for yourself.

it surely is the german legoland park. first, "Allianz" is a german word, second there's a reference to Bayern M
