Upload it onto Brickshelf and then use the IMG tags at the top of the reply screen, or if it is one image then use the file attachments at the bottom of the screen.

If you want to add an avatar (if thats what you mean) then go to my controls followed by my avatar setting, and then you can easily upload it.
