Rebel Alliance T1-B Tank

Recommended Posts

indexed.gif

I finally managed to get a new MOC posted.

I've been wanting to build a Rebel tank for a while now, so I eventually decided to build the T1-B , because I liked the general shape of it. Needless to say, I am very happy how this turned out.

I also intend to do a few camoflauged versions soon.

Hope you like it. :sweet:

Could you add a comparison picture for the 'real deal'?

Nice and sleek

A very good MOC. Very accurate to the 'real' design.

It looks very small though when it should really seat four. Does it have an interior?

Well that depends on wether this is meant as 'minifig-scale' or 'mid-scale' or 'micro-scale'.

But since the minifigs are pictured along with the MOC, then I'd take for granted that the tank is meant to be minifig-scale, which makes it too small (compared to the figs).

Yeah, I've never actually played Force Commander, so I couldn't do a scale comparison.

@Aleksander- Yes, it is a missile pod, and yes, the turret does swivel.

@ADHO15- No, no interior. If I made one, It would be very cramped.

Thanks for the comments!

Thought so.

I was going to ask, "Is there any slightly possible chance at all that a fig can fit in it?"

But I guess that's a no. By the way, the vehicle looks pretty good. Do you mean camo vehicles or figs?

I was suggesting that I would make a camo version of the tank, not the figs. Unfortunatly, I will be very buissy in the coming week, so it may be a while.

Just wondering. Either would be fine with me.

good moc. is this based off a real thing or just out of imagination. sorry i only know ep. 1-3.

Depends on your definition of "real". The T1-B was featured in only two video games (Force Commander and Galactic Battlegrounds).

Thanks!

Great job! It looks like the real thing? By the way is it minifig friendly? As in can it fit minifigs? You cant have a tank with no one driving. :classic:

:hmpf:

If you'd even read the topic, then you'd know.

Read, think, rethink, then think again and then maybe just maybe make a post.

It's a neat MOC.

I've added it to the index.

Have you decided on a scale for this?

I have Force Commander and it's a great game. I should be much bigger. The you made is just a little smaller then 'mid-scale'. Also, it is not a missile pod it is an AntiAir. Also I think the turret is manned. But for mid-scale it's fine. :classic:
