Wrinkledlion X Posted October 19, 2008 (^Click picture for full image^) REALIZATION This is from BL#11, in the scene where Gorast realizes that Makuta set her up to die even after all her devotion to his Plan. I'm very happy with how the wings and the energy storm came out. I've seen art elsewhere that depicts it more as a tornado, but I imagined it as just an unstoppable wall of energy. Nightmare Posted October 19, 2008 You've made a great job with the drawing, it's very nice. Also funny to see Vamprah in the background

Bundalings Posted October 19, 2008 Ooh... awesome. Very good lighting. I've always imagined the storm being like a huge circular vortex of lightning... ~Bunda
The Dor Posted October 25, 2008 Wow... I love the amount of emotion put into this picture. Although the accuracy to the sets isn't the best (although I agree that the wings are awesome), I think that the... despair and crushed hopes of Gorast are very clear in this picture. I love it. Also the immenseness of the wall of energy is amazing, and I love the little outlines of Vamprah, and is that Bitil? Great job. I am amazed. :)
Wrinkledlion X Posted October 25, 2008 Mutran, actually. (You can tell from his staff if you look closely.)
Bundalings Posted October 25, 2008 Hmm... I don't really like what she's doing with her upper arms. Too tense for her resignation. ~Bunda
The Dor Posted October 26, 2008 Mutran, actually. (You can tell from his staff if you look closely.) Ah I see. His wings are a little off for Mutran, but I am also a little blind. :)
Wrinkledlion X Posted October 26, 2008 Yeah, that bugs me as well. My idea was that maybe she was sorta tense still because she was just fighting, but really it's hard to make the arms sag like they should without just being a tangle. It's kind of a two-arm-specific posture, normally.
