I like it, especially the front and back ends. Nice use of the mudguards on the back. I think that is looks like a UTE,

or maybe more like a Subaru Brat.

The #3 connectors on the front make it look like an old Jeep Wagoneer.

I know how you feel, because I'm making something and I don't really know what it is.

I see, but please don't call it MR2 pickup because our French friends on this forum would not be amused with word that sounds similar to name of this Toyota model...Trust me merde which sounds similar to French spelling of MR2 is not desired as Topics title

I could not format streikthrougt for word merde...great smatphone...

It certainly looks like a Mazda to me - if you swapped out the large curved panels either side of the rear section and maybe put in something like long and thin fairing panels instead, to give it a bit of tapering? Anyway I like the aesthetic, very 1980's but in a good way

Thanks! Which panels would you recommend?

Umm, it was never meant to be a pickup truck, but by seeing all of the reactions, I can see some similarities. I stil don't want it to be a pickup.

I still don't want it to be a pickup.

You should fill the back of it up with panels then, because that's what makes it look like a pick-up.

Cool! I could redo the back and make it look like that! This is (basically) my first car "based on" a real car!

I just realised what it looks like the most - Triumph TR7!

I agree, it looks almost exactly like it!

I have decided not to make it a Triumph TR7 when I tried to make the back. I decided to keep the old rear and modify it to have a rear wing. The doors have also been changed to look more realistic. I have some epic plans for the pics and video! (I hope it works out)

I had one of these, it was brown. I didn't have it long!

Here's the plan:

I am filming the video at night with tripod, lights, and a FOG MACHINE! This will be so much fun! If it works, pics will be done by tomorrow.
