Rotundus Posted April 14, 2017 Very nicely done! I always like natural light for exterior shots. It adds that "little something" extra to the realism of the build. Question... What piece did you use for the corbels under the dormer?

It was such a lovely day outside yesterday and the ice finally went off the lake that week so I could take pictures outside. The piece is a 1x1 modified brick with scroll and a 1x1 round plate underneath. 9 hours ago, LegoSjaak said: Really nice and colorfull house, very well done!! I used up all of my 1x1 plates in dark grey, light grey and beige trying to create random stone work. 8 hours ago, swisstony said: some fantastic colours , they really just POP out and the details are great ...love it ! 9 hours ago, peedeejay said: A very charming build! alsielou Posted April 14, 2017 What a gorgeous build! There are so many details and each of them is a delight. The stonework looks fantastic and real; I love the roof and the lush garden. Inside I think the bathroom looks luxurious and I too like the waffle tile floormats! I also like all the different lamps around the home.

I like figuring out new ways to do furniture and lights. 4 hours ago, LEGO Train 12 Volts said: Wow ...I see the feminine touch in the bathroom and the beautiful bedroom! My actual garden is just starting to flower now, so it was nice to have a spring/summer scene early. There are so many great Lego pieces to try in different ways.
