OOO Shiny! has very good shipping policies, (free for US orders over $8.00us). International orders receive a pretty fair discount for the shipping costs as well. And with a very small minimum purchase just $1.50us, Shiny! has earned a rating of "Most Worthy" and a lot of my repeat business. Captain Q is one of the genuine "Good Guys" in the brick business. He even let me pick one of my orders up in person when I just had to have it the next day (200 miles round trip). Capt. Q also runs a loyalty program that is second to none. A "Most Worthy" status winner for sure! Both sellers have exceptional customer service practices with quick invoicing and VERY fast turn around shipping wise.
